What counts as a "sourced lead"?

Any prospect your rep first contacted and booked onto your calendar. If they were already in your pipeline before the rep reached out, no commission is owed. We agree on this definition in writing before work starts.

Is the commission really negotiable?

Yes. Rates flex based on your deal size and sales cycle. Bigger deals typically land at the lower end of the range. We settle the exact rate on the intro call.

What does "recurring" vs "one-time" commission mean?

On the Pure Commission plan, commission applies to recurring revenue from the client for as long as they stay. On the split plans, commission is paid once, calculated on the first 3 months of the client's revenue or the initial contract value, whichever is greater. After that, the client is 100% yours.

How is this different from hiring an SDR?

An in-house SDR costs $4,000 to $6,000 a month in salary before tools, training, and ramp time. Your Commissh rep arrives trained, brings their own sending infrastructure, and costs you nothing until deals close.

Who actually does the work?

A real, trained outbound rep dedicated to your account part-time. You'll meet them before anything launches, and they report to you weekly on leads sourced and meetings booked.

What if it doesn't work?

Then you've paid $0 on Pure Commission, or at most $750 on a split plan. There's no long-term contract. You can end the engagement at any time.
